Think It Out Journal

Nobody taught us
how to actually journal.
Until now.

Most journals hand you a blank page and leave you to figure out the rest. The Think It Out Journal gives you the method. Designed by our founder, refined over years in practice, and built to work for everyone: children, adults, visual processors, and anyone who has ever been handed a blank book and felt more lost than when they started.

What's inside

Two sections.
Both built for something different.

1
The Journal Section

Track what's happening — for yourself and everyone caring for you.

Lined pages with dates and months on the side to circle. Use it as a general journal or to record signs, symptoms, and experiences over time — so nothing gets lost and everyone supporting you stays aligned.

A child's medical history. A parent's observations. A caregiver's notes between appointments. When the whole family uses the same journal, the support stops being fragmented — and starts being consistent.

2
The Brain Dump Section

Work through what you're feeling — then let it go.

A guided section that walks you through a feeling or emotion, helps you understand what you want to keep at your centre — who you are, what matters — and gives you permission to release the rest.

Every page is perforated. Once you've worked through something, you can tear it out and destroy it — physically releasing what you've processed. Because sometimes the most powerful thing you can do with a hard feeling is decide you're done carrying it.

The detail that changes everything

Write it. Work through it.
Tear it out and let it go.

Every page in the Brain Dump section is perforated. Once you've processed what's on the page — once you've named it, understood it, and decided what you want to keep — you can tear it out and destroy it. Not as avoidance. As release. There is something genuinely different about the physical act of letting go.

The guide at the back for exploring persistent negative thoughts is so good for getting out from under their power. It helped me reframe my thinking.

Works well with

The journal works after the moment.
These work during it.

Supportive Little BuddyIn the moment

Supportive Little Buddy

The buddy regulates. The journal processes. When you use both — the buddy in the hard moment, the journal after it — the full cycle of support is covered. What the body felt, the journal helps the mind understand.

Doctor Play SetBefore & during

Doctor Play Set

The Doctor Play Set prepares and processes through role-play. The journal captures what's left after the play ends — the questions that came up, the feelings that surfaced, the things that still need to settle. Together, they cover the full arc.
