Role of Avatar in Processing Trauma

Our Sea Turtle has been designed to help remind you to Step into the Present Moment as you dive into each experience.

It navigates the world knowing that we all often worry about the past or the future, but knows it cannot change the past and it cannot predict the future, all it has control of is what it does in the present moment and the perception it chooses to hold.

We’ve given it a realistic and unique baby turtle design, added weight and made it warm making it rare because going through trauma makes you a bit different than others that have not experienced what you have.

Sure, at times it takes being present, but this is not the only thing it learns.

One of our greatest strengths coming out of trauma is knowing that its perception may be limiting their ability to see the present moment so it finds new ways of seeing their experience.

Our Sea Turtle has these skills and would love to teach you some of what it knows. This can be learned with a little bit of help by reframing your perception of past experiences and choosing to embrace the present moment. This is where you will begin to pull yourself out of trauma and get even more of your power back.
