*Get a cup
*Get various items that could be put into the cup. Items could be silly, funny, serious. Examples could be a ball, spiders, a needle used for medical treatment, a mouse, popcorn, etc.
*Hide the cup and begin filling it with an item or come to the game with multiple cups already prepared
*Pour out the cup in front of your little one and see their reaction
*Work through the reaction
*Repeat filling the cup with different items and continue exploring a few fears and giggles along the way
